The Challenge

We removed the old EPDM system down to its concrete base, then rebuilt it with precision:

Tapered Design: Added tapered insulation in critical areas to direct water flow, eliminating ponding near drains and edges.
White TPO Membrane: Installed a fully adhered 60 mil white TPO membrane for superior weather resistance and energy efficiency.
Enhanced Drainage: Updated gutters and added protective metal edging to handle heavy rainfall and snowmelt.
