With 32,850 square feet of roofing to install, our focus was clear: create a dependable, energy-efficient system that protects the building and supports the owner's goals for years to come.

The Challenge

For this self-storage facility, the roof needed to deliver strong energy performance, reliable weather protection, and minimal maintenance requirements. The building also required custom fabricated trim and accessories that matched the owner's vision while maintaining professional-grade durability.

The Solution

Our team installed a complete TPO roofing system designed for efficiency and strength. We began by laying down insulation layers that provide year-round energy performance while creating a solid foundation for the roof membrane.

Next, we installed a bright white membrane—known for its durability, reflective surface, and low-maintenance design. Every critical detail, from edges and corners to equipment penetrations, was sealed to ensure complete weather protection.

Around the building perimeter, we installed custom-fabricated metal copings, gutters, and downspouts, all finished in the owner's chosen color for a polished, cohesive appearance. To support safe and convenient roof access, we also added a Bilco roof hatch with an integrated guardrail system, giving maintenance personnel a secure entry point. Walkway pads were strategically placed to protect the membrane during service visits and extend the life of the system.
