We're installing a 60-mil GAF TPO membrane, induction-welded directly to the metal deck to deliver maximum durability and watertight protection. As each sheet is methodically rolled out and welded into place, we're creating a roof engineered to withstand for decades the rigorous demands of retail and storage operations.

Our team works systematically down to the gutter line, installing fresh insulation and deploying the TPO membrane to keep the building dry and the schedule intact. This project presented a significant logistical challenge with minimal ground space for material staging. Our solution was strategic: implementing a crane system to lift every bundle of roofing and insulation directly onto the deck. Through creative problem-solving, our team maintained efficient workflow despite these spatial constraints.

As the general contractor completes the siding work, we're positioning for the finishing touches—installing custom metal copings and gutters to trim out the roof.
