The mountain coaster station features a curved layout, requiring a roofing solution that could flex with its unique shape. Our team installed a custom snap lock metal system, where each panel locks into the next with a secure connection. This method eliminates the need for exposed fasteners and creates a sleek, durable surface that resists water intrusion.

To anchor the panels, we fabricated a one-inch hem at the base, hooking it into the drip edge before locking and fastening it down. Each section is secured and finished to ensure long-term hold and performance.
